Please join us for some Christmas cheer on Saturday, December 19 at 4 PM. There will be a greeting to all of us from the new Norwegian Ambassador to the US, Anniken Krutnes, Christmas carols and music, a Christmas quiz, and a chance to visit with all your friends and wish them God jul!

Since we will not have our regular sumptuous buffet, we suggest that you bring your own gløgg and pepperkaker!
Many of us may already have the perfect recipe for pepperkaker (gingerbread cookies), but if you would like a good recipe, check out Daytona Strong’s family recipe which you can also find in her cookbook “Modern Scandinavian Baking.”

It is also possible to cheat a little bit and get a gløgg mix at the store – look for it at IKEA or in a World Market store near you.
