Our regular NewsLetter is published six times a year, and is mailed to dues-paying members. It is one of the main benefits of membership in the Norwegian Society of Washington, D.C.
Issues include:
- announcements about upcoming Norwegian Society events
- interesting news from Norway related to government and politics, royalty, religion, history, and culture
- introductions of new members
- stories from the past about members’ families
- articles about Norwegian food, including recipes
- items of interest from the Norwegian and Norwegian-American communities in the United States

Contributions and article ideas
We welcome contributions from our readers – articles, ideas for articles, photos from society events or the past, or anything that you believe may be of interest to the membership.
The deadline is the 15th of the month preceding publication.
